Do Cape Town homes have cavity walls?
Many homes built after the 1950s have double-leaf cavity walls. We use thermal imaging to check.
How does cavity wall injection work?
Small holes are drilled in the outer wall, insulating foam is injected to fill the cavity, then the holes are sealed and matched.
What about solid walls?
For solid walls, we apply external cladding systems or internal thermal lining boards.
How long does cavity wall insulation take?
A typical home can be completed in one day.
Will it affect the appearance of my home?
Cavity injection is invisible. External cladding changes the appearance (usually for the better). Internal lining reduces room size by 25–50mm per wall.
